The world’s largest exhibition of overseas property is coming to West London for the first time ever, with a launch at Earls Court in April 2009.

Over three exciting days, from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th April, the event will showcase 1000s of overseas properties from all around the world, alongside free seminars, celebrity guests, independent advice, international cuisine and country-themed attractions.

The venue

Earls Court opened in 1937 and is ideally situated in West London, close to the West End, with transport links on its doorstep. Earls Court has been selected to be a London 2012 Olympic venue, for its location and transport links.
A Place in the Sun Live will take place in Earls Court One.

Getting there
It’s quickest and easiest to travel to Earls Court by public transport.
By tube: Earls Court tube station is directly opposite Earls Court One, on the District and Piccadilly lines.

By train: Silverlink and Southern trains also run directly to West Brompton station.

A Place in the Sun Live
will return to the NEC Birmingham for a 4th time from in the autumn of 2009, from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th October.

The show will offer everything you’d expect to see at the world’s biggest event of its kind, including 1000s of overseas properties from around the world, independent expert advice, free seminars, exciting attractions and celebrity guests.

The venue

The National Exhibition Centre is the busiest exhibition centre in Europe, staging more than 180 exhibitions per year. Up to four million people visit the centre each year, With 21 halls totaling 200,000 square metres (two million square feet) it is also the biggest exhibition centre in Britain and seventh largest in Europe.

There are a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars situated throughout the NEC, plus first class facilities.

Getting there

By Road: The NEC is at the hub of the UK motorway network and well sign-posted from all routes, enabling visitors to travel directly from the M6, M5, M1, M40 and M42. There are over 22,500 onsite car parking spaces.

By Rail: The NEC is served by its own station ‘Birmingham International’, joined to the exhibition centre by a covered walkway.

By Air: Birmingham International Airport is situated close to the NEC and has direct daily flights from 34 destinations in the UK, many major European cities and North America.
