How do I purchase a ticket?
You can purchase an advance ticket online or by calling the Box Office on 0871 945 9400. Advance tickets can be posted to you, printed by you at home or made available for collection on the day. Tickets can also be purchased on the door on the day you wish to attend.
How much does it cost to visit the exhibition?
There is an exclusive early booking rate of 2 tickets for £10. Advance booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

Advance prices exclude £1.00 booking fee. Tickets are date specific, but if required can be used on any of the show open days.

Is there any car parking available?
Parking is available at Earls Court London however public transport is recommended. For further details and costs on parking visit www.eco.co.uk.
Are there any hotels near the venue?

Are there refreshments available onsite?
The country-themed areas in the show will be offering exciting selection of international food and drinks, alongside the venues’ own restaurants and cafes.
Is my admission ticket valid for any show date?
When purchasing your ticket you need to specify on which show date you plan to attend, however, if required your ticket can still be used on any of the exhibition open days.
I would like to attend a seminar. How do I book this?
Due to popular demand, seminar places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are advised to turn up early to secure your place.
If I book online/by telephone how will I receive my ticket?
You can print your ticket at home. Alternatively, you can request to have your ticket(s) posted to you or be made available for you to collect at the onsite box office on the day you are attending. Tickets cannot be posted if booked less than one week prior to the date you wish to attend.
If I cannot attend for some reason, can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organiser.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes but for specific information on the venues’ disable access, please visit the venue's website www.eco.co.uk.
How can I appear on the television programme A Place in the Sun?
You can audition to appear on the TV programme (and the magazine of the same name) by visiting A Place in the Sun Live. The production teams will be on hand to meet with you and discuss your requirements.
Are children allowed at the exhibition?
Children are permitted to attend. Children up to the age of 16 enter free-of-charge.
